White father stabbed to death by Black drug dealer associate in block of flats
The killer, annoyed about a phone call, lashed out with a Bowie knife then fled
Young White male father was stabbed to death in Wolverhampton, with a Bowie knife, by Black male drug dealer associate after an argument triggered by a phone call.
Paulius Petrasiunas, 24 was living in the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton and on the day of his murder is seen on CCTV meeting a shorter and younger Black male associate at his flat. In the footage, Petrasiunas seems to familiar with Bulle and can be seen to be grooving to some music on his phone outside a flat as Bulle walks up to meet him. They stand in the hallway outside the entrance to the flat and are chatting. Bulle has a slight moustache and whilst talking makes hand gesticulating movements frequently used by Black Males. He also looks around shiftily away from Petrasiunas during their conversation. Petrasiunas’s body language seems to be cautiously relaxed, but side glances at Bulle might be interpreted as quietly distrustful. They are filmed in a shop with a 3rd White male where they can be seen talking as they buy something. They are filmed arriving at a block of flats with Petrasiunas on the phone talking to someone, slightly running ahead of Bulle. The video then captures Bulle running from the scene holding a knife, which was discovered months later, by Police discarded near the scene under a pile of rubbish and covered in Petrasiunas’s blood. Bulle fled to Shrewsbury and was later found with a bag with traces of Paulisus’s blood.
West Midlands Police Detective, Sergeant Damian Forrest said:
This was the senseless killing of a young man. Bulle seemed to have become annoyed about a phone call Paulius had taken and then lashed out with the hunting knife. It left Paulius with serious chest injuries and he died within seconds. Sadly the aftermath of this attack was witnessed by the partner of Paulius and his close friends, who all bravely gave evidence at the trial. Despite what he’d done Bulle was captured calmly walking away and then fled the area.
Bulle was found guilty in December 2021 and sentenced to a minimum 20 years in jail for the murder.
