A Muslim man confronts him and films the encounter asking “Brother what are you doing? The month of Ramadan and you’re doing stuff like this?” Interrupted the sex attacker pulls up his trousers which had been pulled right down below his naked buttocks and climbed out the back revealing a blonde White girl behind him. As he attempts to close the front driver side door the man filming holds it open and challenges him.

“What the f*ck are you doing? Listen. This is disgusting mate. I’ve got kids in here. You’re f*cking a… What Taxi are you? You’re f*cking raping a girl in the back you dirty bastard!! No there’s a little kid in the back of this car”

The girl can be seen crouching with her head in her hands naked from the top down. This suggests she is in some kind of distress after presumably suffered a rape whilst passed out or incapacitated. There was no indication that the attacker had used a condom, with contraception not being used by Muslims, which put the girl at risk of becoming pregnant to a Pakistani-hybrid, Muslim child or risk of catching a sexually transmitted disease.

The rapist’s Uber was a blue 2014 Toyota Auris, licence SA64 BVY, Taxi number P2034, which further investigation has found to be licensed by Rochdale council to a Jamal Mohammed.

Greater Manchester Police say it is aware of the video and are investigating the incident.

Rochdale Borough Council said: “This is a live police investigation and we are liaising with Greater Manchester Police with a view to acting on any information they confirm and share with the Council.”

Labour MP for Rochdale Tony Lloyd said: “I have been made aware of a video of an Uber driver circulating online and this must be taken very seriously. I’ve asked Greater Manchester Police to investigate this.

Uber has now banned the driver.

Mohammed Jamal, 37 (10/03/1986) of Shaw, Oldham has been charged with soliciting by Greater Manchester Police after the video of the incident in Rochdale on Easter Sunday went viral..

He has been bailed ahead of an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Thursday 4 May 2023.

This charge relates to an alleged incident involving an adult female in a taxi on Thames Street, Rochdale in the early hours of Sunday 9 April.

Freudenberg is a picturesque, medieval town with distinctive traditional black and white, half timbered houses nested in a scenic wooded mountainous valley. It is a friendly, traditional German town of around 18,000 people, popular for its Christmas markets. 

Attending local Esther-Bejarano Comprehensive School three young school girls, who had been friends for years, fell out after a feud over a boy. This led to LH, 13, and AMH, 12, bullying Luise Frisch, 12, for three months, resulting in Frisch reporting the bullying to a teacher.

On Friday 10th March LH invited Luise to her home for a sleepover. Frisch may have accepted hoping to make peace with her former best friend. The following day they were joined by AMH and they went for a walk passing through a disused railway tunnel leading from Hohenhain village 2 miles from Freudenberg. This took them further into the wood where they were witnessed walking in a trio by one of LH’s neighbours.

At some point that afternoon the mood within the group much have changed suddenly and radically. The pretence of the new-found friendliness vanished as the two girls lead by LH, set upon Luise Frisch in a brutal attack, thought to be a punishment for her reporting them for bullying. During the frenzied attack Frisch was stabbed a staggering 32 times with a small knife, or – as police later suspected – a nail file. The girls then put a plastic bag over Frisch’s head and LH forced the younger AMH to throw rocks at Frisch’s head to finish her off, threatening her with violence if she didn’t comply. Frisch was then pushed down a steep bank near a cycle path and left in the freezing cold, severely bleeding and critically injured.

The two girls returned to LH’s house and then put on a calculated act to give the impression nothing unusual had occurred. AMH’s father arrived and drove her back home. Around 17:00 Frisch’s parents began to worry that their daughter was missing.

At 17:30 LH phoned Frisch’s parents and put on a performance saying Luise had departed for home at 17:30 and that she was phoning to check she had returned home safely. LH called back several times continuing the charade and feigning concern.

Her cold-hearted deception prevented any last chance of Luise Frisch receiving emergency medical aid that might have saved her life.

The following day LH and AMH continued the pretence of innocence and enraged worried locals by callously uploading attention-seeking videos of them blithely dancing to TikTok, a video sharing platform, resulting in torrents of angry comments.

While they were busy making Tiktok videos an extensive police search was underway involving dozens of officers, volunteers, sniffer dogs, drones and a helicopter. Later that day the search party were horrified to discover Frisch’s dead body in the wood, covered in stab wounds in a pool of blood. Police experts later concluded Frisch had died from blood loss and hypothermia with temperatures around zero.

After the police heard that the three girls had been seen walking into the wood together by the neighbour they arrested LH and AMH on Monday, March 13. On questioning their contradictory statements aroused suspicion and further questions resulted in both girls confessing to the murder, with AHM the younger girl describing how LH had forced her to take part and threatened her with violence.

Photos and videos of the girls who had murdered Frisch circulated online. LH is a mixed race girl of Mongoloid-European racial heritage. On her now deleted Tiktok account next to the account name were icons of German and Philippines flags, suggesting mixed parentage, most likely a German father and Philippino mother, judging by the many men choosing to destroy their European genetic legacy with Mongoloid women in recent years. The killer’s parents mixed relationship reportedly failed however and they were separated.

Photos and videos of their daughter, the principle killer LH reveal a stocky child-of-Kalergi mongrel hybrid, lacking the distinct features of fully Mongoloid or European girl, instead being a plain, beige skinned, Mongoloid blend. In a sexual selection battle against the angelic, slender and typically Germanic Frisch, it is improbable that a German boy would have even given her any consideration. Feeling rejected by men of her German side would have been deeply upset and embittered, which may have explained the extreme violence directed at beautiful, full-blooded, Blue eyed, blond haired love rival Frisch.

The local and national community is reported to be in deep shock with many leaving memorials at a make-shift shrine on Saturday 18th March, with a service at the Church Frisch and her family attended later this week. The killing has lead to calls for the age of criminal responsibility to be lowered.

With death threats against the school girls from furious and heartbroken Germans, and both being below the age of criminal responsibility in Germany, we have decided not to show photos or videos of their unblurred faces or to display their full names.

Ghenadie Babii, 38, of Narrowcliff, Newquay, has been charged with rape and appeared at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court today (Friday, March 17) where he was remanded in custody. The case was sent to the crown court at a later date.

Earlier today police issued a statement asking a person who was fishing off Towan beach in Newquay to come forward as a witness as part of the investigation.

The victim, a woman in her 30s, is currently being supported by specialist officers, Devon and Cornwall Police say. They add the incident happened at around 4am, and it is believed there was a person fishing in the area, at the beach at the time.

Senior investigating officer, Detective Inspector Chris Donald. said earlier today: “Our enquiries remain ongoing in relation to this case and we are really keen to identify and speak to a person who may have seen or heard something which may assist our enquiries.

“Through CCTV enquiries we believe a person was fishing on the beach in the early hours of Sunday and I would ask them to get in touch with us. I’d also ask that anyone else who was in the area and may have relevant information, to please get in touch.”

Anyone with information which may assist this appeal or the wider investigation is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 158 12/3/23 .

On Wednesday, authorities announced they arrested Macio Harger, a 45-year-old resident of Los Angeles, is homeless and was residing in one of the homeless encampments on the Venice Beach boardwalk close to where the incident took place.

Harger was arrested for 243(d) PC, “Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury” and awaiting filing recommendations by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Detectives are currently in the process of determining a motive for the attack

The incident happened around 12:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Ocean Ave. in Venice, authorities said.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to a local area hospital where he was treated for serious injuries.

The man’s sister says he has a shattered cheek and broken ocular bone in many places. He is recovering at home.

A security guard saw the attack taking place on July 10 while monitoring CCTV and immediately called police.

CCTV footage showed the three men take it in turns to rape the young woman after coercing her down the alleyway.

The three men were arrested within an hour of the incident and charged with rape within 48 hours.

The trio were found guilty in January after a trial and were sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday (March 13).

Miguel Clino, 20, of Norfolk Road, Barking was jailed for eight years; Devon Cato, 20, of Boundary Road, Plaistow was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment and Nizandro Caimanque, 21, of Central Park Road, East Ham was jailed for seven years and six months.

Det Sgt Harry Nunez, from the East Area serious sexual offences team, said: “This was an atrocious attack on a young woman who was targeted and subjected to sustained, serious sexual violence.

“I would like to recognise the victim’s bravery who has supported this investigation throughout.”

The woman was approached by the three men in Barking town centre at around 6am on the day of the attack, which she has no recollection of.

The security guard provided updates to police as they made their way to the location.

Officers secured CCTV to capture the events leading up to and after the incident. Forensic results were prioritised and returned with positive results for all of the defendants to secure the criminal charges so quickly, police said.

Det Sgt Nunez added: “The actions taken early on in the investigation by police to secure key evidence such as forensics and CCTV were also key in building a conclusive case against the evil men responsible for this horrendous and sickening crime.”

Det Con Ben Wallen led the investigation and praised the efforts of his colleagues.

He said: “I hope this result will reassure anyone who has been a victim of sexual violence that the police will fully support you and work hard to ensure those responsible will be caught and put before the courts.”

The car was parked outside a flat used as a base for a number of people to take and deal drugs in Harlington High Street. At around 4.45am Chiragh left the flat and, armed with a submachine gun, joined Mohamed in the car.

As Chiragh got out the car, the gun discharged, shooting Mohamed. Scrambling to get out of the car, Chiragh dropped the silencer and the gun was seen to fire several more times into the ground.

After Mohamed was shot, Chiragh dumped his body by the side of the road on Sipson Lane near Heathrow Airport where it was discovered by a passing taxi driver.

Police were tipped off that the shooting was linked to the car parking area near the flats in Harlington. After a sweep, they recovered a number of bullet cartridges at the scene and the silencer was located in the nearby flat used by those involved.

Detective Inspector Lucy Carberry, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, said: “Chiragh may not have intended to harm Mohamed Muhiyidin, but it is clear that he, and his associates, were intent on harming someone that day.”

Another man, Mohammed Shakeel, and a 17-year-old boy, were in the flat on Harlington High Street with Chiragh. At around 6pm on the same day of the shooting, the 17-year-old drove the car to Trout Lane, West Drayton. He walked to a nearby petrol station and purchased a canister of fuel before setting the car alight.

Detective Inspector Carberry from the Met Police, said: “Chiragh was armed with a lethal weapon and Shakeel with an imitation firearm prior to Mohamed’s death, which was seen on CCTV. Post shooting, they then colluded and conspired in an attempt to cover up what had happened to Mohamed. All played their part in this tragic story and all have quite rightly been made to face the consequences of their actions.”

Chiragh, of Paulhan Road in Harrow, was found guilty of manslaughter and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. He had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon and perverting the course of justice.

On Friday (February 10), he received a 25-year sentence made up of 20 years in prison followed by an extended five years on licence. Two thirds of his sentence must be served before parole is considered.

Shakeel, 29, of of Cape Close in Barking, was found guilty of perverting the course of justice. He had previously pleaded guilty to possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. He was sentenced to a total of five years and four months’ imprisonment.

The 17-year-old boy, who pleaded guilty to perverting the course of justice at an earlier hearing was sentenced to a youth rehabilitation order for two years.

Whilst in her late 60s in 2017, suffering from arthritis, Girolami relieved the pains by visiting the spa facilities at local Archway Leisure Centre. On one of these visits Girolami met Serkan Kaygusuz, a Turkish migrant to England in his late 30s, who worked at a Lidl supermarket. Whilst sitting in a hot tub, Girolami was alarmed when the younger man, 30 years her junior, molested her in a sexual advance. Despite Kaygusuz’s inappropriate behaviour which had taken advantage of her vulnerable, semi-dressed state, Girolami was somewhat flattered, not having had sexual activity for many years. The incident led to the start of a toxic relationship that would have terrible consequences for her.

When Kaygusuz became unemployed around 2018 he started asking his older european girlfriend for money. Girolami complied, and given a green light he demanded ever increasing, four or five figure sums, every few weeks. This strange, exploitative situation continued for three years during which time Girolami bought her Turkish loverboy a car and gifted him cash totalling around £200,000. After her father died in May 2021 she was becoming increasingly stressed about her diminishing finances and finally started to refuse Kaygusuz’s parasitical demands for even more money.

A few months later on the 1st August she met childhood friend Linda Crystallis and visited Kenwood House, a stately home near her flat. Crystallis noted her old friend seemed anxious and sad and Girolami confided she was worried about her finances explaining that Kaygusuz had been demanding more and more money. When asked if she could just stop paying Girolami revealed she feared violence from him. Girolami said she thinking of leaving Highgate to attempt to escape the abusive, parasitic relationship.

On the 19th August Norma Girolami made an hour and a half journey to the seaside where she spent the day with family at Southend-on-sea. In the evening she returned to Elm Court and Serkan Kaygusuz came round to join her. Girolami was never seen alive again.

Her family and friends became worried when she become very silent apart from some minor social media messages. After receiving a message which had uncharacteristically poor spelling and grammar the family became very suspicious and on the 20th September reported her missing to Police.

On the 1st October 2021, Kaygusuz of Crouch End was arrested on suspicion of murdering Norma Girolami. As the Police investigation into him proceeded they discovered mounting evidence linking him to Girolami’s murder.

They discovered he had taken control of her electronic devices sending fake messages to her contacts to make it appear that she was alive. In August leading up to her disappearance Kaygusuz had searched how to transfer property deeds between people and for ‘garden tools’, ‘caustic soda’, ‘hydrochloric acid’. He had also purchased a restraint harness which included a mouth plug and handcuffs as well as plastic gloves, overalls, Gaffer tape and a gardening spade.

In September Kaygusuz’s devices showed he had searched moving to Canada as well as enquiries about mud, grass turf and weed membrane. He then went to a Tool Station shop in Islington and bought a shovel, a 40-litre plastic trug, waterproof overalls and three plastic ground stabiliser sheets.

The same evening at 9.45pm he conducted internet searches for ‘body found in cemetery London’, ‘body found cemetery London today’, ‘body found in Harringay’, and ‘missing person Norma Girolami’.

Between Girolami’s disappearance and Kaygusuz’s arrest he had drained £55,000 from her bank accounts, stole jewellery and applied in her name for £60,000 loans.[6] This was on top of almost £300,000 given to him in cash whilst alive.[3]

On the 1st November 2022, 16 months after vanishing Norma Girolami’s body was found buried in St James’s Churchyard. It was wrapped in a bedsheet and several layers of plastic sheeting, which had been secured with gaffer tape, which was found to be identical to tape found in Kaygusuz’s home. A post-mortem examination found blunt force injury to both sides of Ms Girolami’s chest, rib fractures, and bruising “consistent with third party assault”.

Serkan Kaygusuz, 42, has admitted fraud relating to bank loans totalling £60,000 in her name, cash withdrawals and transferring criminal property in the sum of £21,000 from one of the loans into his own bank account. He also has confessed to hiding her body in a graveyard, but has denied her murder.

His trial is currently in progress.

Sexual opportunist, Yuseab Woldeab, 27, arrived in Plymouth in 2016 and from then was frequently seen in town on Friday and Saturday nights following attractive lone young White females, late at night. On one of these occasions he was questioned by Police regarding his creepy behaviour and searching him they found cash and condoms in his pockets. He was also warned by police for attempting to sexually pester teen women, below the age of consent on these nights of sexual predation.

On Saturday 23rd April Woldeab was up to his usual predatory antics and had been loitering in Revolutions nightclub after which he lurked around the streets looking at drunk White women for sexual encounters.

In the early hours of Sunday the pervy loner was driving round the town centre in his white Ford Fiesta, looking for potential victims. He discovered a very drunk young woman in her late 20s staggering along the pavement.

The woman was a 28 year old lesbian, who had been drinking from Saturday evening and had been in several bars and a friend’s house before heading home in the early hours of Sunday. Very intoxicated she was filmed on CCTV stumbling as she made her way down Union street.

Here around 4am Woldeab was filmed passing her then turning and parking briefly to watch her walking up the street. Unaware of his presence the drunk victim walked past. He then sidled up from behind and stopped near her with the window open. She was seen on CCTV leaning in the window and after an exchange of words got into the front passenger seat of the car not thinking she was in danger. Before the door was even shut Woldeab moved off, driving the short journey to his house on Wilton Street, 5 minutes away. During this short journey his drunk passenger drifted in and out of consciousness.

Once at his housse he carried the sleeping woman onto his bed and proceeded to rape her several times in his bedroom, both vaginally and anally. When he left the bedroom to go to the bathroom the victim took the advantage to make her escape, making her way back to home where she messaged a friend for help, telling them what had happened. She called the police shortly after to report the crime, with no idea who the man was or what address he had taken her to.

Police enquiries then led to the arrest of Woldeab the following day. He was charged with rape and held in custody.

During the hearing at Plymouth Crown Court on 10th January 2023, the victim revealed that she had never had sex with a man before the rape by Woldeab, or ever been attracted to men sexually. The effects of the rape had led to her whole life being turned upside down. She felt her sense of identity had been taken from her and she felt disgusted and ashamed for what had happened to her.

“I’ve lost my sense of identity. He’s taken that all away from me, it was not his to take.”
“I was disgusted even though I had done nothing wrong.”

The victim also said she now always barricaded her doors and was terrified of leaving her flat alone. She was also now planning to leave Plymouth.

Woldeab was found guilty of one count of vaginal rape, one count of anal rape and one count of kidnap and on 26th Jan was sentenced to 18 years in jail. Judge Johnson said the rapist had not shown “one scintilla of remorse” for what he had done and informed Woldeab that he would be eligible for parole only after he had served at least 12 years. It was also noted that on his release he would be prohibited from working with children and vulnerable adults.

Rebecca Sutherland, Senior Crown Prosecutor for CPS South West, said:

“This was a shocking case in which the defendant deliberately targeted and abducted a lone, vulnerable young woman before subjecting her to an appalling attack.

The girl ended up staying later than agreed and when she went to leave at 9pm, Prempeh, of Mitcham, followed her outside whilst drinking a bottle of beer, and attempted to persuade her to stay longer.

Around 10pm she departed to walk home and Prempeh offered to accompany her, taking her a route that went through a public park near Leighton Street, South Croydon.

At the Park Prempeh overpowered the child and pushing her into some bushes, forced himself on her, driven by an impulse for sexual gratification. Ignoring her shouts of protest, and pleas for him to stop, he pulled up her dress, touched her breasts and pulling her underwear down raped the young girl twice stopping once he had relieved himself in her.

The victim, in floods of tear elicited no sympathy from the Ghanian who brusquely told her to stop crying and shouted “No more crying”[1]. He also threatened not to tell anyone about what he had done to her. She then arrived back home at midnight and pretended to her mother she was OK. However she was terrified of her life being ruined by becoming pregnant as a teenager, following forced sexual intercourse.

Three months later she confided in a cousin who let her parents know about the rape of their daughter.

Police then arrested Prempeh who denied rape. After the trial began and the victim had given evidence Prempeh changed his plea to guilty.

At the sentencing on August 12th 2022, Judge Elizabeth Smaller said to Prempeh:

‘How you can have gone from a young man with no history with the police to raping a child is difficult to fathom. It involved a considerable degree of violence in a public park late at night.

‘She spent a period of time terrified she was pregnant and that must have added to the terror this young girl felt and she says there is not a day that goes by that what you did does not interfere with her life and she is still in counselling.

‘I find you do pose a risk to young females and it is necessary to protect the public from you.’[2]

Judge Smaller sentenced him to thirteen-and-a-half years in prison and extended the licence period following his release by four years.[4]

On Nov 5th Embalo, was arrested suspected of the rape. His DNA was taken by police and found to match that found on the victim.

Initially the young Black man pleaded innocent, calling the DNA evidence a form of witchcraft. In 2021, October 18 he changed his plea to guilty and in January 2023 was sentenced at Huntingdon Law Courts to 3 years 8 months jail and 10 year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SOPO). A SOPO is an order that can be requested by the police, or court when there is a specific concern about an individual, to prevent them from engaging in a particular activity.

Commending the young British woman for coming forward to report the rape and assist with Police prosecution the judge commented on her maturity and how impressed he was with how she handled it.

‘Embalo was a predator who saw an opportunity in a vulnerable girl.

‘I am pleased he will no longer be a threat.’

Embalo is a surname common to West Africa, particularly Guinea-Bissau.
