- UK, Wigan - 18th Feb 2022: Christopher Hughes, 37, from Wigan was hunted by gang of 9 migrants who thought he had raped a teenage girl
- They abducted him in broad daylight from Wigan and drove to Skelmersdale in a Blue Aldi
- Here they stabbed him 90 times with injuries to head, face, neck, torso, buttocks, hands, leg, ankle and private parts
- There was no evidence he had anything to do with the rape and his DNA did not match the evidence on the victims clothing
- On Monday 23rd Jan 2023 seven men were convicted with one previously having admitted guilt before the trial started
